Bounce Back Fitness is a Movement & Mobility specialist that offers personal training. We do all the fitness exercises you would expect, in addition we factor in the balance and design for the body to feel resilient, while adding more strength and performance. That way clients who have injuries or physical challenges can feel safe and strong.
Bounce Back Fitness was created by Phillip Clermont. With his Bachelors in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford, and tons of creativity, Bounce Back Fitness was created to break away from the norms of fitness. All sessions, group or individual, have modifications that will allow ANYONE to participate. Don't let your bad knees, injured back, or stiff shoulders stop you.
